The following is a timeline of the ECW, WWE, and TNA career of Taz. Listed is every PPV match (excluding battle royals in which he was not involved in the ending) and title change that he has been involved in. Bolded items represent title victories while italicized items represent title losses.

Please note that Taz has gone by a variety of names in his career. His original name in ECW was the Tazmainac and it was eventually shortened to Taz. In the WWE he added a z to his name but that was taken away when he entered TNA.

In addition to wrestling, from 2002 - 2009, he was a commentator for the WWE. In 2009, he joined TNA where originally served as the mentor of Samoa Joe before returning to the commentary table exclusively.

1993
12/4 - Kevin Sullivan & the Tazmaniac defeated ECW Tag Team Champions Tommy Dreamer & Shane Douglas (sub. for Johnny Gunn)

1994
2/4 - the ECW Tag Team Titles were held up following a falls count anywhere match against the Harris Brothers that ended in a no contest
3/5 - Kevin Sullivan & the Tazmaniac defeated Ron & Don Harris via DQ, as a result they won the vacant ECW Tag Team Titles
3/6 - w/Kevin Sullivan lost the tag team titles to The Public Enemy
3/6 - The Tazmaniac won the ECW TV Championship from Sabu
3/6 - The Tazmaniac lost the ECW TV Championship to JT Smith

1995
2/4 - Sabu & the Tazmaniac won the ECW Tag Team Championship from the Public Enemy in a double tables match
2/25 - w/Sabu lost the tag team titles to Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko

1996
4/13 Barely Legal - beat Sabu
6/7 - won the ECW Television Championship from Shane Douglas
8/17 Hardcore Heaven - beat Chris Candido
11/30 November to Remember - beat Pitbull #2

3/1 Living Dangerously - lost the TV Title to Bam Bam Bigelow
