The following is a timeline for the WCW and WWE careers of Ron Simmons. Listed is every PPV match (excluding battle royals in which he was not involved in the ending) and title change that he has been involved in. Bolded items represent title victories while italicized items represent title losses.

In addition to his wrestling career, Ron Simmons was an All-American football player at the nose guard position for Florida State University and has been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. After college, he played in both the NFL and USFL.

Please note that for the majority of his WWE career he wrestled as Faarooq. His tag team with JBL (aka Bradshaw) was known by a variety of names including the Acolytes, Acolyte Protection Agency, and the APA. Doom refers to his tag team with Butch Reed.
