Monday Night RAW- This show airs live on USA network every Monday night at 9:00 PM and ends no sooner than 11:05 PM. Make sure to set your TIVO to go later than the program end time. The show is replayed on Universal HD twice every Saturday night.
AM RAW - This is a 1 hour clip show of the best of the previous RAW. It airs on Sunday morning on USA at 2:00 AM.

Friday Night SmackDown - This show is broadcast on SyFy every Friday night from 8:00-10:00 PM. The show is typically taped on Tuesday. If you want to be surprised when you watch, avoid spoilers that are on other web sites. The show is repeated on Universal HD twice every Saturday evening and is also archived on the web at hulu.com.
TNA
IMPACT WRESTLING - This show is broadcast on Spike TV every Thursday night from 9:00-11:00 PM. Typically, two episodes are taped at each TV taping which take place on consecutive nights. As with SmackDown, if you want to be surprised you should avoid spoilers that are on other websites. The show is also archived on Spiketv.com.
