ECW
ECW on Sci Fi - This show is broadcast on the Sci Fi channel every Tuesday night from 9:00-10:00. The show is usually recorded before the WWE records SmackDown on Tuesday nights. Depending on where the show is taking place, sometimes it is aired live and sometimes it isn't.
TNA
TNA:iMPACT! - This show is broadcast on Spike TV every Thursday night from 9:00-11:00 PM. The show is repeated Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Typically, two episodes are taped at each TV taping which take place on consecutive nights. As with SmackDown and ECW on Sci Fi, if you want to be surprised you should avoid spoilers that are on other websites.
