Johnny Nitro w/Mercury & Melina vs Brian Kendrick w/Paul London – Last week London & Kendrick beat MNM in a non title match. This one ends when Kendrick hits a victory roll on Nitro to get the win. Winner: Brian Kendrick
Paul Birchill vs Rasheed Brown – The story of this match is that William Regal had to dress as a buxom wench due to losing to Burchill last week. Regal wanted to hit Birchill with his brass knuckles but missed. Burchill them made Brown walk the plank to get the win. Winner: Paul Birchill
- Kristal interviews Kurt Angle. He congratulates Rey Mysterio on being the new champ. He blames Orton for his loss and says that he will take all of his anger out on Orton tonight.
Matt Hardy vs Road Warrior Animal – Last week on Velocity, Animal hit Hardy with a chair. The fight starts outside the ring. When they finally get in the ring, Hardy hits the twist of fate within seconds to get the win. Winner: Matt Hardy
- Palmer Cannon introduces another vignette for The Miz.
Steel Cage Match for the U.S. Title: Champ JBL w/Jillian Hall vs Chris Benoit – The match was about to begin as a regular match but then Teddy Long came out and made this a cage match. AT one point Jillian Hall accidentally hits JBL with the cage door. Benoit then hits the crippler cross face and makes JBL tap out but the ref doesn’t see it due to Jillian’s distractions. JBL then hits a low blow on Benoit and escapes the cage to get the win. Winner: JBL
- Daivari comes to the ring with The Great Kahli. Daivari brags about how they put The Undertaker out of commission last week.
The Gymini (w/Simon Dean) vs The Mexicools – The Gymini use their twin powers to their advantage and pull the old switcheroo on The Mexicools. The fresh Gymini pins Super Crazy with a modified suplex. Winner: The Gymini
King of the Ring Round 1: Randy Orton vs Kurt Angle – This is the final match for Orton before he has to serve his suspension for unprofessional conduct. That fact that WWE.com told us takes away a little bit of the suspense for this match. This one ends when Angle reverses the RKO and puts Orton in the Ankle Lock. After Orton taps out, Angle reapplies the hold several times and breaks the ankle of Orton. Luckily for Orton, he can heal this injury during his suspension. Winner: Kurt Angle
