Saturday Night's Main Event DVD Review

In addition to the 30+ matches on the DVD, fans get to see such historic moments as both the formation and the explosion of the Mega Powers as well as the most watched match in wrestling history. While the bulk of this DVD features footage from the original run on NBC, matches from the FOX era and rebirth are also included. For those wondering, Jesse Ventura's commentary is on this DVD set.

Overall Recommendation: This is one of my favorite WWE DVD sets. My biggest problem with it is that it is only 9-hours long. I really hope that the WWE makes a second volume of this, or even better, releases an Anthology set featuring every episode of the show. I give this DVD my highest recommendation and think that fans of all ages will enjoy this set.
