The Ladder Match is a 3-disc DVD that features some of the greatest ladder matches in wrestling history. For those that are unfamiliar with a ladder match, the rules are that the first wrestler to climb a ladder and retrieve a specific item is the winner. The first time American fans saw one of these matches on a national level, it was a terrible match between Tully Blanchard and Dusty Rhodes. Thankfully, from that terrible beginning, the match has evolved into the most exciting type of matches in wrestling history.

Todd Grisham introduces all of these matches and throughout the set he is joined by different wrestlers that competed in some of the matches. Disc One is the only disc to feature non-WWE matches.

Overall Recommendation
The ladder match is usually the best match of the night on any show it appears. This DVD features 9 hours of ladder match action. What more could a wrestling fan ask for in a DVD release? This DVD should be a part of every wrestling fan's DVD collection.
