Matches on Disc Three
- Backlash ’99: vs. The Rock – Over the years, all of his battles with the Rock have blended together. The one thing they all have in common is that they were great to watch.
- SmackDown ’00: vs. Eddie Guerrero – It is a shame that these two men never got to work a full program against each other.
- Survivor Series ’00: vs. Triple H – This match ranks only behind the Undertaker vs. Yokozuna match at Royal Rumble ’94 as the stupidest ending to a match in WWE history. Thankfully, this is both the first and last time we ever got to hear the inner thoughts of the wrestlers during a match. However, that is not the big story about this match on the DVD.
For those that don’t know, Chris Benoit played a role in getting the action from inside of the arena to the parking lot. When these segments happen, a logo from the Surivor Series is shown and the match skips to a part without him. That happens twice during this match.
- No Way Out ’01: Three Stages of Hell vs. Triple H – (What??? DVD) For as pathetic an ending as their prior match provided fans, many will argue that this is the best match of both of men’s careers.
- WrestleMania X-7: No-DQ vs. The Rock – (WWE Championship DVD) This is the main event of what many consider to be the greatest PPV event in WWE history. What more needs to be said about this match than that?
DVD Extras
Disc One features a match against Yokozuna and a confrontation with Terry Funk during Shotgun Saturday Night. The Yokozuna match is famous for the ending and the Terry Funk piece is only notable for looking back at the idiotic idea that was Shotgun Saturday Night. Disc Two features Austin talk about his feud with Mr. McMahon. The artwork for the third disc says that it is the Redneck Triathalon but in reality it is Steve Austin proclaiming that he isn’t the illegitimate son of Vince McMahon and the filming of his Gladiatior spoof commercial for WrestleMania 21.
