By Eric Cohen, About.com

Women’s Title Match: Champ Mickie James vs Trish Stratus – This is Trish’s first match since injuring her shoulder at Backlash two months ago. Unlike their previous matches, there was no storyline involving the hero worship that was going on between them a few moths ago. Mickie worked over Trish’s shoulders and cleanly pinned her following a DDT. After the match, Johnny Nitro & Melina entered the ring. Melina enters the ring and makes fun of Trish and then declares herself the new top Diva of RAW. Nitro and Melina attempt to double team Trish until Carlito runs in to make the save. Winner: Mickie James

- In the back, Trish thanks Carlito and whispers into his ear the answer to the question about spitting or swallowing that is on his t-shirt. Carlito says that her answer is cool.

Umaga w/Armado Alejandro Estrada vs Kamala w/Kim Chee – Umaga destroyed both Kamala and Kim Chee before putting away Kamala with the spike. Winner: Umaga

- A promo for the 2006 Diva Search is shown. They are down to the final 8 contestants and the audience voting starts in two weeks.

- Torrie Wilson and Todd Grisham are in the ring to unveil the cover of the newest WWE magazine. After the unveiling, Edge and Lita come to the ring and kick Grisham and Torrie out of the ring. Edge said that if he doesn’t get a title rematch he will be leaving RAW. They then leave the arena through the crowd. On the way out, he grabs his shirts from the concession stand and says that the hicks don’t deserve to wear them.

Viscera & Val Venis vs Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch – This is Val’s return to RAW after suffering an elbow injury a few months ago. During the match, Charlie Haas comes to ringside to apologize to Lillian. Viscera was about to win the match but was distracted by Charlie who forcibly gave Lillian a kiss. Due to the distraction, Cade was able to pin Viscera. Winners: Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch

- Brooke Hogan’s video for About Us was shown. A camera goes to the back where it appears that Randy Orton enjoyed the video.

- Triple H and Shawn Michaels come to the ring dressed as Shane and Vince McMahon. They spend the next few minutes doing a hilarious parody of the two of them which is highlighted by them showing Vince singing and dancing at The Slammy Awards two decades ago. Vince and Shane come to the top of the ramp with bats ready to attack D-X. They call in The Spirit Squad to make it 7 on 2. However, D-X set up a trap at the top of the ramp and fecal matter fell on all seven men.

- Ric Flair is interviewed from his home where he says that Mick Foley proved him true and that he is nothing more than a glorified stuntman.

Kane vs Randy Orton – When Kane went for the choke slam, imposter Kane came out. Due to his interference and distractions, Orton was able to hit the RKO to get the win. After the match, 2006 Kane hit three choke slams on the imposter and dragged him to the back as the show went to break. When the show returns from commercial, Kane takes the mask off of the imposter and throws him out of the arena. The face of the imposter is never shown. Winner: Randy Orton

- The Highlanders can’t figure out what a urinal is used for. They will be making their RAW debut next week

WWE Title Match: Champ Rob Van Dam vs John Cena – This was a back and forth match that featured several near pinfalls by both men. When RVD went for the rolling thunder, Cena caught him with his knees. Cena then hit the FU and had RVD trapped in the STFU when Edge hit the ring and beat up Cena. Edge then gave the spear to RVD and said that he will see him tomorrow night. Winner: No Contest
