- Shane McMahon enters the locker room of Triple H and tells him he likes him. He recommends that Triple H have a talk with his dad before things get worse.
Contract Signing: John Cena and Rob Van Dam – After the two men sign their contract for their match at ECW One Night Stand, Paul Heyman announces that on Wednesday, there will be a battle royal featuring 10 ECW stars and 10 WWE stars. Several ECW stars including Tommy Dreamer, Terry Funk, Balls Mahoney, The Sandman, and Sabu enter the ring. The ECW stars beat up Cena and the attack culminates with Sabu driving Cena through a table.
Non-title Match: I-C Champ Shelton Benjamin vs Carlito – When Shelton whips Carlito into the corner he tries to follow him. Carlito jumps to the top rope, does a back flip and lands behind Shelton. He then delivers the double knee backbreaker to get the win. Winner: Carlito
- Triple H is in Vince’s office where Vince explains to Triple H that he had an asscail, which is a facial for the butt. Triple H responds by telling Vince that there is no way he is kissing his butt tonight. Vince is angry and says that he thought Triple H was a leader. He then goes to Plan B and tells Hunter that if he beats The Big Show tonight he doesn’t have to join the club.
Triple H vs The Big Show – After being thrown out of the ring, The Big Show is attacked by The Spirit Squad which causes Triple H to be disqualified. Winner: The Big Show by DQ
- Triple H storms into Vince’s office and accuses him of sabotage. Vince is insulted by this accusation and tells Triple H that if he ever wants to wrestle for a championship again, he will kiss his butt.
Eugene w/”Hacksaw” Jim Duggan vs Matt Striker – Striker gets distracted by the USA chants that Duggan is making the crowd chant. Eugene hits Striker with the Duggan football tackle to get the win. After the match, Striker attacks Eugene. Jim Duggan runs Striker off to the back but then Umaga comes out. Umaga beats up Jim Duggan. Winner: Eugene
- Kurt Angle enters the ring to do a promo. He is interrupted by Mick Foley, Edge, and Lita. After a few minutes of back and forth bickering, Angle gives Foley the Angle Slam and puts Edge in the ankle lock. While Angle celebrates, Randy Orton sneaks into the ring and delivers the RKO to Angle. During the commercial break, Orton announced that he accepted Angle’s open challenge for 1 Night Stand.
Kane vs Lance Cade w/Trevor Murdoch – Kane dominates the match and hits the choke slam. The lights go out and Kane goes to the back of the arena to confront 1996 Kane. 1996 Kane beats up 2006 Kane and knocks with a garbage can filled with steel bars. Winner: Lance Cade by count out
- A vignette for the new tag team The Highlanders is shown. They can best be described as a mix of The Berzerker and The Bushwhackers.
Johnny Nitro w/Melina vs Charlie Haas – Melina tries to enter the ring and she “hurts” her ankle. When Haas looks over at the screaming Melina, Nitro rolls up Haas for the victory. Winner: Johnny Nitro
Beth Phoenix w/Trish Stratus vs Victoria w/Mickie James – After a few minutes of action, Mickie tries to interfere but Trish throws her to the ground. A few minutes later, Beth hits the sit down slam on Victoria to get the win. Winner: Beth Phoenix
- Jerry Lawler accepts the challenge of Tazz for 1 Night Stand.
- Shane enters Triple H’s locker room and spikes his water. Triple H switches bottles with Shane and Shane winds up drinking the spiked drink.
- Vince and Shane enter the ring and call out Triple H. He enters the ring and within seconds collapses from the spiked drink. Vince pulls his pants down and instructs Shane to make Triple H pucker up. Shane collapses and Triple H gets up. Triple H gives a pedigree to Vince while his pants are around his ankles to end the show.
