A recent edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live! featured Cousin Sal's birthday party. Roddy Piper showed up to wish Cousin Sal a happy birthday but was then joined by Santino Marella. After Santino slapped Cousin Sal, a fight broke out between the men. A few days later, Cousin Sal was scheduled to appear on Piper's Pit but things didn't go exactly as planned for him or Santino.
