Kelly’s Expose: The show starts with Kelly’s weekly dance. A few minutes into it, her boyfriend Mike Knox drags her from her podium to the ring. He tells her that he will never allow her to dance again and tells her to stand in his corner. He then calls out The Sandman.
Extreme Rules: The Sandman vs Mike Knox w/Kelly – When the two men are battling outside the ring, The Sandman tries to hit Knox with the Singapore cane. Knox pulls his girlfriend in front of him to protect himself while The Sandman was already swinging the cane. The Sandman knocked Kelly out with the cane shot to the head. When the fight moves back into the ring, Knox delivers several low blows whch are legal in this match to get the win. After the match, Knox goes to the back and leaves his unconscious girlfriend at ringside. Winner: Mike Knox
- During the commercial break, Kelly was carried out of the ringside area on a stretcher by medical personnel.
- Paul Heyman cuts an in ring promo with two security guards dressed in riot gear by his side. He tells the peope that they all must drink the Kool Aid from the same glass and tells everyone that he explained last week that it was the fan’s fault that Rob Van Dam was suspended. Tommy Dreamer interrupts Paul’s speech. Tommy tells Paul that he owes everyone a good explanation for his recent actions. Paul gives Tommy a big kiss on the lips like mob bosses do before they kill someone. When Paul breaks the kiss, Test storms the ring and decimates Tommy Dreamer.
- Balls Mahoney cuts a promo from the back of the arena.
Sabu vs Stevie Richards – This is a rematch from Saturday Night’s Main Event. Because this match is not extreme rules, Sabu has to wrestle. He surprises Stevie with his wrestling skills and makes him tap out to the camel clutch. This could be the first match Sabu has had in ECW where a table or chair was not used. Winner: Sabu
- CM Punk cuts another of his “Straight Edge” promos.
- The Vampire is with the psychic in the back and she predicts that The Big Show’s title reign will die soon. Her neck is all bloody from the Vampire's bites.
ECW World Title: Champ The Big Show vs The Undertaker – The Undertaker has not fought on TV since being beaten by The Great Kahli two months ago. This match saw The Undertaker try to work on the legs of The Big Show while TBS tried to use his size advantage to smother The Undertaker. TBS had Undertaker in a sleeper hold but Undertaker was able to reverse it into his old school armbar walk on the top rope. After knocking TBS out of the ring, The Great Kahli came out. Undertaker went after his Great American Bash opponent. Undertaker was able to use a chair to keep both men at bay for a while but eventually the two on one advantage resulted in The Undertaker being double chokeslammed through a table. Winner: Double Count Out
