- Paul Heyman comes out and addresses the crowd as to the reason for his actions last week. He says that it is the fans fault that he cost Rob Van Dam the title last week and the reason he had to suspend him. He says that the fans were driving RVD into an early retirement and were the reason he was defending the title every night. Paul Heyman then says that he is a martyr for his actions last week because his actions cost him the friendship of RVD. He says that he will continue to make decisions that are only for the betterment of ECW. As the messiah of ECW, he will lead ECW to the promised land and he will lead the fans with him.
- Tommy Dreamer confronts Paul Heyman in the back and wants an explanation for what happened last week. Paul says that he will tell him when he has more time but can’t now because Tommy I wrestling next.
Tommy Dreamer vs Test – Tommy has to wrestle in his street clothes. Test controls most of the match but gets an opening when Test misses a move off the top rope. Dreamer went for the dreamer driver but Test hold the ropes. He then used those ropes to illegally pin Tommy Dreamer. Winner: Test
- Azriel’s tarot card reading is broken up by a vampire.
Kelly’s Expose: Kelly is joined on stage with Candice Michelle. Mike Knox interrupts Kelly and takes her off the stage. He is greeted by The Sandman who canes Mike Knox for stopping the last few stripteases.

Sabu vs Justin Credible - The difference between old ECW and new ECW was explained in the ending of this match. A pretty good match ended when Sabu drove Justin Credible through a table and was disqualified for his action. Winner: Justin Credible

- Ric Flair challenges Mick Foley to be a man and offers to fight him in any type of match. Flair then says that he will be the 17 time world champion by winning a title he didn’t want until last night.

Extreme Rules Match for the ECW Title: Champ The Big Show vs Ric Flair – The beginning of the match features The Big Show exploit his height and weight advantage to bloody up Flair. Flair gains the advantage with multiple low blows, the use of a barbed wire bat and several chairs. When he makes The Big Show fall into a pile of thumbtacks, TBS gets up in a furious state and uses a choke slam and cobra clutch backbreaker followed by the Cobra Clutch to get the win. After the match, he tosses Flair into a pile of thumbtacks. Winner: The Big Show
