Order of Protection Against Kurt Angle Dropped
According to WTAE in Pittsburgh, Trenesha Biggers, better known to wrestling fans a Rhaka Khan, voluntarily withdrew her order of protection against Kurt Angle. The two have agreed to stay away from each other.
The situation began in August when Kurt was served with the restraining order and was later arrested on several charges. In September, Kurt was found not guilty of most of the charges filed against him. The only part of his case outstanding is an assault charge filed against him in order to obtain the protective order.
Kurt was supposed to go on trial for that last month but Trenesha Biggers didn't show up at the hearing. That hearing was rescheduled for tomorrow.

When a person accuse someone of assault they need to show up for the hearing. If Kurt would of missed the trail they whould of probably put out a warrant for his arrest. This is bull. I wonder why she did not show up. They should close this case if she don’t have a legitamate reason for not showing up
