Jeff Hardy Arrested
Jeff Hardy was arrested earlier today and charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $125,000 bond.
The arrest came after police officers executed a search warrant at his residence located near Cameron, North Carolina. The officers seized approximately 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia. According to the police, the drugs had an estimated street value of $2,500. Vicodin and anabolic steroids are considered Schedule III drugs in North Carolina while the Soma is considered a non-controlled prescription pill.
Just three weeks ago, Jeff was the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Jeff left the company a few days after losing the title when his contract expired and he decided to take some time off.
The on-screen reason for his leaving the company was due to losing a match against his rival CM Punk. CM Punk lives a straight edge lifestyle and mocked Hardy for his past drug use including failing the WWE Wellness Policy on two occasions. If this arrest had occurred a few weeks earlier, Hardy would have been fired from the WWE for violating the policy for a third time.
Prior to the start of the WWE Wellness Policy in 2006, Hardy was let go from the WWE almost six years ago due to his issues fighting his personal demons.

What an idiot. What was Jeff Hardy thinking? People were joking that he was taking time off to get high as a kite. I guess it wasn’t a joke. This guy was on top of the world. Now, he’ll be lucky if anyone ever hires him again. He’s like the Scott Hall of drug users. What a shame!

NEVER believe everything u read. I think Jeff kearned his lesson the last time. It’s just people spreading rumors due to the fact that the poor guy needs some time off to recoup.

I still love Jeff Hardy and I support him 100%. I mean he has some demons tht he should straighten out. But don’t abandon him like he’s a dog. We should support him. And, the media will say anything to get people to read their magazine or their comments, or to just be heard. WE STILL LOVE YOU JEFF HARDY!!!!!!!!!!
This is such a shame. It’s always sad to see someone repeatedly and deliberately make the wrong choices. It’s “lucky” that this happened after Jeff’s contract expired, so he didn’t get fired for his third strike … but still, I’d be surprised if WWE wanted him back after this, they can’t count on him staying clean. They finally made him world champion a couple times, and that’s like being a spokesman for the company – it would have looked really bad for them if this happened while he was champion. CM Punk sounds arrogant because he has to, as a heel, but a lot of what he says really is true … a person is nothing without self-control.
Jeff is the best wrestler he must done a mistake but a mistake is done by a human so it doesnt matter however

for me jeff was a great superstar when i began watching wrestling i hated jeff but then i saw in him a great superstar i liked him from then the day jeff lost the world heavyweight championship and went away i never stop to cry jeff any where you are know we stiil love you i like those hardy fans

No matter what people say no one should sit in judgement of Jeff. No body is perfect and every one makes mistakes god knows i’ve made a few and i’m sure you have too. I think Jeff is a very talented wrestler and of course good looking but he has over come so many other things in his life and as we know he is a fighter and he will again come out on top. I wish him all the best as do my children.

Im very disturbed at what Ive read. Not sure if its true or not, maybe the man DID need some time off and the arrest story was fabricated. Im just glad I got to slap hands with him at Smackdown, when it came live to my hometown in June. Jeff, if you read this..dude, your real fans are behind you 100% and will wait for the day when you can return. Peace man !
