Nick Hogan Scheduled for an Early Release

Friday October 3, 2008
Forget about Eve and Maria showing off their magic skills on Thursday night's MyNetwork TV magic special. The real magician in the wrestling community is Nick Hogan as he has been able to magically make three months disappear. When Nick pleaded no contest to reckless driving in May, he was sentenced to eight months in prison. However, due to his good behavior while in the pen, last week it was announced that he is scheduled to be released from jail on October 21 after serving slightly more than five months.

Unfortunately, John Graziano will not be getting out of his hospital bed three months earlier for good behavior. I wonder when Nick will visit his friend in the hospital. I hope that visit won't be determined by the schedule of the TV camera crew of the highest bidder for the reality show Nick talked to his dad about during their taped jailhouse conversations.

I hope that he goes and visits his friend.
He needs to physically see what his drunk driving did. I think if more drunk drivers see what can happy in real life, they would think twice about doing it. Good behavior, that makes me so sad of course he is on his best behavior he’s in jail, being punished he’s not supposed to be having fun. When I ground my kids for 5 days, they better be good but there still not going to get off in 2 days because there listening, and behaving.

Hi Heaven,

For legal reasons, I have to make note that Nick wasn’t driving drunk at the time of his accident. While he did have alcohol in his system, he was not over the legal limit. However, since he was under 21 he shouldn’t have had any alcohol in his system.

Thanks,
Eric
