Nick Tries to Get Out of Jail and Sues the Sheriff
Another week means another chapter has been added to the Hogan family drama. This week Nick tried to get out of jail, the family has sued the Sheriff, and the start date of a new Hogan show has been announced.
Nick Tried to Get House Arrest
Nick Hogan filed a motion to change his jailing conditions. Because he is a minor, he is being isolated from the other prisoners in solitary confinement. Usually, solitary confinement is a punishment given to the most violent criminals that have proven to be too bad to be in gen pop.
Hogan seeked to either be moved into the general population or have his sentence transferred to house arrest until July 27, the day he turns 18. A judge has denied his request for a transfer.
Hogan's Sue the Sherriff
While the Hogan's lost one suit this week, they have also filed a new one. This time they are going after the Pinellas County Sheriff for releasing the audio tapes to the media. The family claims that since Nick is a minor, the tapes shouldn't have been released. The other side of this argument is that Nick was tried as an adult and is currently in an adult prison.
There is no doubt that the Hogans knew they were being taped. There are signs in the jail and a recording breaks into their conversations informing them they are being recorded. Tapes have shown that the family speaks in Snoop Dogg inspired fizzle code when they discuss sensitive matters.
New Brooke Hogan Reality Show Coming Soon
Even though the Hogan's have been complaining about the media taking away their privacy, the family continued to prove that they will give up some privacy to make a buck. Brooke Hogan Knows Best will premiere on July 13 on VH1.

I do not mean to be rude but if you do the crime then you do the time.
Staying in the comfort of your own home with all the luxuries is not doing the time in my book.
Maybe he will learn from this.
