Rey Mysterio Injured

WWE.com is reporting that Rey Mysterio suffered an injury to his biceps during a house show in Santiago, Chile, on Wednesday night. He was flown back to the United States and is scheduled to meet with Dr. James Andrews. Hopefully, everything will turn out alright for Rey, but usually when fans of any sport hear the name of James Andrews it is bad news.

Rey was scheduled to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship on Sunday Night at No Way Out. Since tonight's episode of Friday Night SmackDown was recorded last week, I doubt there will be any mention of the injury and the show will focus on the upcoming match between Rey and Edge. As of right now, their PPV match appears to be in jeopardy. I will update the site as more information about this situation becomes available.
