ECW on Sci-Fi RecapThe main event saw The Big Show defend his ECW title against Kane. With the help of Paul Heyman, The Big Show was able to defeat his former tag team partner. Prior to the match, Paul Heyman told Sabu that he would never be allowed to fight The Big Show and would have the rest of the evening off. Sabu defied Heyman’s order and attacked The Big Show after the main event.
The unnamed vampire made his wrestling debut against Little Guido and Test and Mike Knox have formed an alliance against The Sandman and Tommy Dreamer. If you missed the show, the WWE posts the show online in a section of their website called Hardcore Hangover.

TNA:iMPACT Recap
Rhino and Samoa Joe faced off in the main event. “The Alpha Male” Monty Brown made his presence felt and the result was the show ending with Rhino delivering the gore to Samoa Joe and Monty Brown through a table at the end of the tunnel of the iMPACT! zone.
Christian Cage offered to be in Sting’s corner for his title shot against Jeff Jarrett at Hard Justice. Sting told Christian he will make his decision next week.
Eric Young teamed with The James Gang against America’s Most Wanted and A1. The James Gang is helping Eric in his plan to not be fired while the problems between the members of America’s Most Wanted again cost the team another match.

Friday Night SmackDown! Recap
If you missed The Great American Bash on Sunday, you got to see three of the four main matches for free on this show. King Booker held an opulent coronation in honor of winning the World Championship at The Great American Bash. The ceremony was crashed by the former champion, Rey Mysterio. The two men fought in the main event rematch of Sunday’s PPV main event and the outcome was the same. King Booker won due to Chavo Guerrero’s interference.
In the other Great American Bash rematches on this show, Finlay defended his U.S. title against William Regal with the same result. Mr. Kennedy also got a chance to improve his record against Batista and got another victory over “The Animal”. This time, he won by count out.
Paul Heyman showed up and was angry at Teddy Long for making The Big Show battle The Undertaker at The Great American Bash in a Punjambi prison match. He challenged Teddy Long to bring a SmackDown! wrestler to face The Big Show on Tuesday night. Teddy accepted the challenge and nominated Batista.
Other action saw J.T. win a battle of musical chairs during the Diva Search competition. Former Diva search loser, Michelle McCool was in action against Jillian Hall in a battle of Divas and Sylvester Terkay made his SmackDown! debut against Matt Hardy.
