The preemption in my local market made this show anticlimactic. A major part of the show featured the buildup for the Lashley vs Finlay vs William Regal match on Sunday night. Prior to this show airing in New York, it was announced that Lashley will be missing some time due to an issue with his liver.Despite the anticlimactic nature of the show, it was still a really good show. The main event featured a preview of the main event at Sunday's Great American Bash. Rey Mysterio and King Booker fought in a non-title match that would give the winner of this match a tremendous psychological advantage heading into Sunday. The other notable part of this show is that Mr. Kennedy answered the open challenge of Batista.
