7/15 Saturday Night’s Main Event

- The show starts with Hulk Hogan and his daughter Brooke addressing the crowd. They are interrupted by Randy Orton. Orton gives Brooke a rose and then respectfully asks for a match against Hulk at SummerSlam. Hulk accepts the challenge. When Randy walked to the back, Brooke appeared to be enamored with Randy.

Six Man Tag Team Match: Batista, Rey Mysterio, & Lashley vs King Booker, Mark Henry, & Finlay - The referee had some difficulty controlling the match as he missed a tag and allowed the leprechaun to beat Rey with the shillelagh. Midway through the match, Mark Henry was injured and had to be taken to the back. This injury was not mentioned by the announcers during the broadcast and the cameras did not focus on this development. After Rey hit Booker T with the 619, Batista hit Booker with the Batista bomb to get the win. Winners: Rey Mysterio, Lashley, & Batista

- Vince McMahon is in the back with The Spirit Squad when D-X hijacks the audio. They talk over Vince and the Spirit Squad and make believe that Vince is telling the Spirit Squad that he wants them to spank him.

- The first round of the bikini bull riding contest was taped earlier. Highlights are shown and it is announced that the two finalists are Michelle McCool and Victoria.

Mixed Tag Team Match: I-C Champ Johnny Nitro & Melina vs Trish Stratus & Carlito - While Melina and Trish were fighting outside the ring, Carlito hit the back cracker on Nitro to get the win for his team. Winners: Trish Stratus & Carlito

- In a segment taped before the show went on the air, Kevin Von Erich was introduced to the crowd.

5 on 2 Elimination Match: D-Generation X (Shawn Michaels & Triple H) vs The Spirit Squad (Kenny/Mikey/Nicky/Johnny/Mitch) - There are two cages at ringside that the eliminated wrestlers must enter. The match starts with some comedy spots involving an air horn and a megaphone. Mitch is eliminated with a Shawn Michaels super kick. Johnny is eliminated by a Triple H spine buster. Kenny lulls Shawn to the top of the ramp where Vince McMahon hits Shawn with a steel chair. Despite Vince’s interference, D-X quickly goes through the rest of the Spirit Squad. After the match, Vince knocks out the ref outside the ring and tries to get the Spirit Squad out but he winds up getting super kicked by Shawn and then locked into the cage. Winners: D-X

- The Great Kahli and Daivari are in the ring talking when The Big Show and Paul Heyman enter the ring. When The Big Show starts to complement Kahli about what he did to The Undertaker, The Dead Man enters the ring. The Undertaker takes on the two giants and has the upper hand for a few moments before he suffers the fate of a double choke slam by the two seven foot monsters.

- The Big Show is interviewed by Todd Grisham and issues a challenge to face The Undertaker on Tuesday night.

Extreme Rules Match: Sabu vs Stevie Richards - Sabu totally dominates the match. Before he was able to do the Arabian face buster through a table, the table broke and Sabu just dropped a chair on Richards face through the remnants of the table to get the win. Winner: Sabu

- Randy Orton is talking to Brooke Hogan in the parking lot by her dad’s car. Brooke’s new music video is then shown. After the video is shown, Hulk appears and is upset that Randy is talking to his daughter. He roughly slaps Randy on the back and tells him that he will see him at SummerSlam. When Brooke is in the car and Hogan is behind it, Randy delivers an RKO to Hulk on the trunk of a car.

Mechanical bull riding contest finals: Victoria vs Michelle McCool - Michelle goes first and lasts 12 seconds and Victoria doesn’t come close. Winner: Michelle McCool

WWE Title: Champ Edge w/Lita vs John Cena- When Cena delivered the FU and was about to win the match, Lita dragged the ref out of the ring. A few moments later Cena applied the STFU. Outside the ring Lita and the ref were arguing and Lita slapped the ref. The ref entered the ring while Edge was tapping out and called for the bell. Cena thought he won the title by submission but the ref disqualified Edge which means that Edge is still the champ. After the match, Edge delivers the spear to Cena and starts to celebrate. His celebration is too early because Cena viciously assaults Edge. His attack ends when he delivers the FU from the top of the ring steps through the announce table. Winner: John Cena by DQ
