The 10 Longest Reigning Intercontinental Champions

Last night, Shelton Benjamin regained the I-C Championship to become a three time champion. He was already one of the 10 longest reigning I-C Champions of all time. He is in illustrious company as three of the men on the list are in the WWE Hall of Fame and three others used the I-C title as a springboard to eventually become the WWE Champion.
