After the funeral for Mike Durham on Wednesday night, the body will be flown to Louisiana. The burial will take place next week in Sulpher, LA. The family has invited his fans to be there. When I have more information about this event I will make sure to post it.
A second benefit account has been set up to pay for the expenses of the funeral and any leftover money will go to a college fund for Michael's two children Mikey & Chase. The info for that account is:
