WCW Champ Honored by Orange Bowl, New WWE Book, Diva in Maxim, & Lesnar in Japan

- Ron Simmons was inducted into the Orange Bowl Hall of Honor. Simmons was an All-American Guard for Florida State University. In 1992, he became the first African-American World Champion when he beat Big Van Vader to become WCW Champion. In the WWE, he was known as Farooq and his most notable runs were as the leader of The Nation of Domination and as ½ of the APA with Bradshaw.

- Brock Lesnar successfully defended his IWGP Title this weekend at The Tokyo Dome. The WWE dropped their injunction against Lesnar’s appearance last week.

- The autobiography of Superstar Billy Graham is now available. It is entitled, Superstar Billy Graham: Tangled Ropes. Billy Graham beat Bruno Sammartino to become WWF Champion in 1977. He was the first heel to hold the belt for a long reign in the history of the WWF. In 2004, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
