An Arrest, 2 Releases, a Coroner's Report, an Injunction, & Dancing with the Stars

- On Tuesday, Lex Luger was arrested on outstanding drug charges while going through customs at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport. These charges stem from Lex’s home state of Georgia. He is currently being held without bail in Minnesota's Hennepin County Jail and is scheduled for a 12/22 court date. Since leaving WCW, Luger has been in trouble with the law several times. Most notably, Miss Elizabeth was at Lex’s house the night she died.

- It is being reported that Tajiri has been released from the WWE. He asked for his release and will appear on Monday Night Raw in his final appearance.

- Sonny Siaki has been released from TNA. He decided not to resign with the company.

- WWE Diva Stacey Keibler will be on the second season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

- The Brock Lesnar vs WWE battle continues to rage on. In 2004, Lesnar quit the WWE to join the NFL. He signed a no compete deal to get out of his WWE contract. He failed to make the Vikings last summer and has been trying to get back into the ring since. A few months ago, he won the IWGP Championship in Japan for the New Japan wrestling promotion. He is scheduled to fight twice this weekend and at their Tokyo Dome show on January 4. The WWE has filed a temporary restraining order to stop Lesnar from appearing and has also hinted at suing New Japan.

- The AP is reporting that Eddie Guerrero officially died of natural causes related to arteriosclerotic heart disease.
