The highlight of tonights RAW was a war of words between Kurt Angle and the crowd. Kurt Angle also has a surprising new ally who made his first televised appearance since being banned by UPN. Additionally, Joey Styles, the voice of the defunct ECW, is the new voice of RAW.
Most of the RAW wrestlers are at ringside when Eric Bischoff enters the ring. He announces two matches for Survivor Series and then determines the 5 wrestlers to represent RAW in their Survivor Series match against SmackDown!. He says that tag team champs Kane & The Big Show will be on the team that will be captained by Shawn Michaels. He then passes the mic around trying to figure out who will step up to the plate. He makes a match between Shelton Benjamin & Carlito with the winner being allowed on the team. He then calls Edge into the ring and shows footage of Edge walking out of his Taboo Tuesday match and saying that he doesn’t care about RAW. Bischoff then tells Edge that he will fight Batista in a street fight on this Friday’s SmackDown! and that he won’t be allowed back until he "gets the job done".
Shelton Benjamin vs Carlito - The winner of this match will be on the RAW Survivor Series team. Carlito drop kicks Shelton on the left knee and works the leg for the rest of the match. The match ends when Shelton rolls up Carlito, but Carlito rolls through it and uses the ropes to keep Benjamin shoulders pinned. Winner: Carlito
Trish Stratus & Mickie James vs Victoria & Candice Michelle - Candice comes to the ring with a metal magic wand. Victoria tries to use it on Trish, but Mickie sacrifices herself for Trish again and gets hits with the wand. Victoria then pins the unconscious Mickie James. Winners: Victoria & Candice Michelle
Gregory Helms vs Rosey - This is the first match between these former partners. They broke up because Helms no longer wanted to be The Hurricane and turned his back on the fans. The match starts with Helms slapping Rosey in the face. Rosey goes nuts and beats up Helms for a few minutes. Rosey goes up to the top rope to hit a moonsault but winds up getting kicked near the groin when Helms follows Rosey up the ropes. Helms then hit a shining wizard on Rosey to get the win in about two and a half minutes. Winner: Gregory Helms
Kane and The Big Show vs Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch in a hardcore match for the tag team titles - Cade and Murdoch bring a garbage can full of weapons to the ring. Kane & TBS dominate most of the match. The match ends after Cade receives a double choke slam through the announce table and is pinned by both men. Winners: Kane & The Big Show
- Kurt Angle comes out for the main event. The fans give him the usual "You S**K" chant. Tonight he goes crazy and says he will keep coming out until the fans give him the proper respect he deserves as an Olympic Gold Medal winner. He comes out again and the fans chant louder. He says that if they do it one more time he won’t fight tonight. He comes out again and the fans chant even louder. He leaves and says there will be no main event tonight.
- Eric Bischoff is in Angle’s locker room begging him to reconsider. He says he’ll fight on two conditions. The first is that Bischoff censor the fans and the second is that he be allowed to pick his own referee for the match.
- Triple H comes out and sits in a luxurious leather chair on the ramp
I-C Title Match: Ric Flair vs Rob Conway - Flair makes Lillian announce that Flair is the man that beat Triple H on Taboo Tuesday. The match is secondary in this segment as Flair gets Conway to submit at the four minute mark to the figure four leg lock. After the match, Triple H comes to the ring with a metal chain. Flair and Triple H brawl throughout the crowd as the announcers hype their match at Survivor Series. Winner by submission: Ric Flair
Kurt Angle & Chris Masters vs Shawn Michaels & John Cena - When Angle comes out, the fans are censored by an annoying beeping sound on the TV. I don’t know what happened in the arena but I am guessing they edited his theme song to reflect the beeping sound. When all 4 men are in the ring, the new ref is announced and it is Daivari. They go to commercial. When the show is back on, Daivari is blatantly biased. The match ends when Chris Master tries to hit Shawn Michaels with a chair. Michaels grabs the chair from Masters and is immediately disqualified by Daivari for having a chair in the ring. After the match, Daivari hits Cena in the back with the chair and the show ends with Daivari and Angle with arms raised at the top of the ramp. Winners by DQ: Kurt Angle & Chris Masters
