As a requirement for running for the Senate, Linda McMahon filed a financial disclosure form. The Connecticut Post dug through the 108 page filing and determined that Vince and Linda McMahon have assets totaling anywhere from $103.7 million to $355.13 million. In addition to that, Vince McMahon also holds 4 assets that were recorded as being worth "more than $1 million".
The huge range in numbers is due to some loopholes in the form that allow certain details of the candidates holdings to be lumped into categories while also limiting what must be reported about the spouse of the candidate. As an example of that loophole, Vince McMahon's salary was listed as being "over $1,000". According to Reuters, his salary was a little over $850,000.
In 2000, Vince McMahon made the Forbes Richest 400 in America list and they valued his assets at the time as being worth $1.1 billion. In 2000, the stock of WWE hit an all-time high of $22 and it currently trades for around $16. However, that $6 change in stock price is offset by dividends of approximately the same amount.
Even with the XFL debacle, I still find it very difficult to believe that Vince McMahon has lost over $700 million this decade. That leads me to conclude that one of the four miscellaneous assets has to be his shares of Class B common stock in WWE.
According to a 2004 filing statement, Vince McMahon owns 47.1 million shares of Class B common stock which has a 1:1 value compared to the class A shares that are currently trading for around $16. That turns out to be a little more than $750 million.
Adding that $750 million number to the range previously provided by the Connecticut Post, Vince and Linda McMahon are worth anywhere from $854 million to $1.1 billion.

The Survivor Series takes place on Sunday night and that means it is prediction time. As is always the case, you can let me and other readers of this site know what you think will be happening at the second longest running PPV in WWE history by clicking on the comments link at the bottom of this post.
Survivor Series Elimination Match: John Morrison, Matt Hardy, Evan Bourne, Shelton Benjamin, & Finlay vs. The Miz, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, & Jack Swagger - Since the Miz got the victory over John Morison last month, I can see Morrison getting some payback here with his team winning. I think Morrison's team will be helped by Sheamus getting disqualified for continuing his overboard assaults and I think that Evan Bourne will be the victim of Sheamus' viciousness. As far as the Miz goes, I see him getting eliminated after a double team move with Jack Swagger goes horribly wrong. A feud between the Miz and Swagger has been teased for weeks and I think something happens here that will cause the feud to get physical. Predicted Winners: Team Morrison
